Holds for Funds Being Placed on Accounts
Our subscribers are given a 14 day free trial period. In the past 2 days we've had users coming to us complaining about holds being placed on their accounts for the full amount of the service, despite the fact that they are supposed to be days away from being charged.
Why are these holds for funds being places? We have no we to see these holds, or remove these holds and our users are not happy with us about this.
Thanks,
Glenn

Hi Glenn -- We have no record of that in CheddarGetter. I also checked our logs and found only the expected new customer and payment profile saved in authnet CIM. You don't have validation enabled either so there isn't even the validation auth. You might check your authnet account for any transactions for his last 4 digits. Let me know what you find.
FYI, the customer profile id in the CIM is 60795653. I'd search by last 4 digits of the card though.
