Hi Refik -- Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're aware of some anomalies like this occurring between 2/1 and 2/5 but this is the only report we've had on a PayPal transaction. PayPal does it's only duplicate checking based on the Invoice ID (351385|118dbf76-549d-11e2-9d18-40403c39f8d9). The two are the same so I'm a little confused how this one got through.
We've had some instances of duplicates when the communication with the processor is lost in the middle of a transaction. In other words, we don't receive a response to our request. In this case, CG doesn't know what happened. I suspect that this is what happened in this case. The good news is that we have a release pending that includes modifications to all of our processor adapters to handle for this situation and it should never happen again.
Thanks again for the report and sorry for the hassle.
