I need to NOT CHARGE a client on his recurring set-up for the next 2 months-- as we are giving him 2 months free-- could someone please call me to help me with this.

   Hi Leiann -- If you want to give 2 months free, issue a custom credit on the customer's account. There are four fields: charge code, quantity, each amount and description. The charge code is required but it doesn't matter what it is. Usually, when issuing a credit against another charge, the same charge code as the normal charge is used as the charge code for the credit but this is entirely up to you.
