Unable to download revenue report

Steps to repeat:
1. Login to my account
2. Go to reports page
3. Click csv button
Expected results: download revenue report
Actual results: nothing happens
Using FF4 on OSX 10.6

    Strange that it was working in other browsers since it was a server-side memory issue. We've fixed it and tested on FF4. Pretty soon we're going to need to put a date range limit on that download...
