Promo Code issue

Our customer, Craig Edmonds is experiencing issue with the PROMOTIONS code:

75% off Basic Account
Coupon: MIGHTY_DEALS_1

It charged his credit card even though the deal promo deal is active. Please advise.

   Hi Grant -- At a glance, It's not clear that anything is wrong. Both of these customers moved from plan to plan several times which results in invoice execution at plan change according to your config. For monthly promos, the number of months equals the number of invoices on monthly plans. So, if the promo is set for three months and three invoices execute on monthly plans, that's the end of the promo. I'm not ruling out a problem here but I thought I'd at least fill you in on the inner workings. We can dig deeper next week. Have you found any other unusual behavior with other customers on the promo?:
