Customers tab isn't loading

I can't get our customers tab to load.

   We're working to improve the speed of the customer search. We should hopefully have something in a week or so. I know it's frustrating. It is for us as well.

   Will it be fixed soon ... i've been waiting several minutes and it still hasn't loaded.

   We are working on this now and hope to have an improvement in a day or two. Maybe I can help you with a workaround. Is there a particular search you typically perform? Maybe a lookup by customer code, or name, etc? Here's an example of an efficient search:

   https://cheddargetter.com/admin/customers/get/search/Jackson

   Or to find a specific customer record by customer code:

   https://cheddargetter.com/admin/customers/get/code/227

   I'm afraid that for the time being, if your search results in over 100,000 results, it will take quite some time and may even time out. We're working on optimizing these types of lookups to improve the search experience. Unfortunately, the default view when you click the customers tab results in a large search. We can work around that by initiating an efficient search directly.
