Hi -- I assumed my user would have access to the api, but I'm seeing this:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
<error id="216918" code="400" auxCode="">User [my email] does not have access to productCode=PRO</error>

I am sure I have included the correct credentials...any help? Thanks

    Hi there -- I'm having to guess here but it's probably because you're using the plan code instead of the product code. The code "PRO" strikes me as one you might choose for a plan rather than a product.

    I am a bit confused by the codes. In my dashboard, I have a "Plan Information" and a "Billing Information" section, with "PRO" being the CODE under the Plan Information, and PRO_RECURRING the code under the Billing Information.....

    OH, I just got it. The name of my product in the dropdown of my dashboard -- that's the productCode, and "PRO" is the name of the plan....

    Sorry for the confusion.

    No problem. Happy to help. You can see the product code on the settings page: https://cheddargetter.com/admin/configuration/settings
