Aware of concurrent users sharing a single login?

I'm wondering if CheddarGetter can restrict multiple users from logging in under the same ID/Password concurrently. Can it keep track when a user logs in under an account password, and then block another user tries to log in using the same account password? I want only one user to have access at a time.
