Different setup charge codes ignored

Based on your documentation, setup charges are ignored when switching plans if both plans share the same setup charge code. http://support.cheddargetter.com/faqs/pricing-plans/setup-charge

However while testing, I discovered that a new subscription does not incur the setup charge as described. I added a second subscription, with entirely different codes, but the second subscription skipped the setup charge. I deleted and redid the whole process twice to confirm.

My existing invoice records should be enough to repro the outcome -- product code FWDVAULT

Frank -- we have recently reproduced this and will be including a fix in the next release. This fix is tied to improved error handling for declined setup fee transactions. The goal is to have these upgrades deployed early next week.

    Good to hear!

This fix is tied to improved error handling for declined setup fee transactions.

Can you provide more details about this as pertains to my other outstanding question?

I am waiting on this fix to test some functionality on my end. Can you please post here when the fix goes live?
