We're currently in testing phase with CG, and are thus on the free plan currently with the 20 user limit.

Is it possible to delete the existing customers so we can continue to test so we don't hit our limit?

Thanks.

Certainly. There is an API call for this purpose:

    https://cheddargetter.com/developers#delete-all-customers

You can also use that directly:

    https://cheddargetter.com/admin/customers/delete-all

If you're using the gateway simulator (you haven't setup your own gateway), the limit is actually 1000. Once you configure a real gateway (testing or otherwise "real"), the 20 limit is enforced.

    ahh cool, thanks for that!

Would there be any way to incorporate a Delete function within the CG Admin at some point? On a per user basis ideally? Maybe just a delete button once you enter into a Customer's details...

There actually already is. It's a bit hard to find by design. Just click the edit button for the customer and you'll see a delete link near the submit button.
