Unable to update plans using hosted pages
Hey I am trying to update a user from one plan to the other, by sending him to the following url:
https://[domain].chargevault.com/update?key=[key]&code=[code]&planCode=PLUS_MONTHLY&method=cc
But for some reason even after the user goes through the whole payment process the user's subscription plans don't change. To put it simply, user is subscribed to PRO_MONTHLY,($9.99) and I want him to subscribe to PLUS_MONTHLY($14.99) but I am unable to do so by sending the user to /update.
Can you please tell me what's going wrong here?

Hi Mike -- I took a look at your testing account config. These two config options are mutually exclusive:
