Credit Card Entry Form
Are there any example CC entry forms that I could start with that are already formated to work with the PHP wrapper?
I'm trying to switch from Chargify's hosted entry form, but I'm not a developer that can just start from scratch. Much better form me to start with an example form.

CheddarGetter uses itself to bill for itself so the payment form on the billing page would be a good start. CG uses the PHP wrapper, too.
