Refund failiure

Hello,

I am trying to apply a refund, but getting the following error:
(500:1000) An unrecognized gateway error occured close
Refund failed.

customer is: 4C8FB3CE-4E45-4FEE-BAE0-1439098D3A99

Please advise.

   Hi Jaime -- The response we get from Beanstream is:

   319: Transaction Declined - Restricted transaction type
   

   You'll need to contact Beanstream for more information on why that's happening. For your (and Beanstream's) reference, here is the raw request/response:
