Updating customers via the email

We're trying to update a customer via the API (using Ruby) and having issues.

We are only updating the company name, which is successfully changing, but for some reason the service is also returning a RuntimeError "No plan found with"

Any ideas?

    Hi Neil -- Have you checked your error log? https://cheddargetter.com/admin/report/errors

    If needed, we can turn on debug logging here on your account and help troubleshoot further. If you want to go that route, we'll need your product code.
