Email not being imported to Authorize CIM
Hi,
When I enter a customer in CG and then look at that customer's profile in Authorize.net's Customer info manager. I can see that the email field is empty in CIM. Instead the email is being entered in the Description field inside CIM.
Why does this happen?

CG doesn't send customer email address because Authorize.Net, by default, sends email receipts if customer email addresses are provided. Since CG sends receipts which are more meaningful and customizable, we intentionally eliminate the possibility of duplicate email receipts. Do you need the customer email address in Authorize.Net? BTW, I think what you're seeing in the description field is your customer code.
