H Islam, can you give me a link to the customer or a screenshot for this behavior?

I went there and saw two customers that signed up within that date range. When I clicked on either of them, it went to the appropriate customer detail page. Are you still seeing an error?

Hi
I am currently using First Data as the processor in Canada.
I want to know if It is possible to switch to Paypal temporarily s the
merchant provider without changing the workflow or any cheddargetter
integration code on my site. www.timepicks.com
Essentially have Paypal fill in the equivalent function as first data.
Please let me know
Thanks
Islam

Hi Islam -- Existing customers would have to reenter payment info. You would need a PayPal Pro account with reference transactions enabled. Workflow/integration would not change. What's the problem with FD Canada?

there's no particular problem , the issue is that they kept withdrawing
transaction fees from the same account that they deposit in which I wasn;t
aware of. There hasn't been enough funds in the account and my bank charged
me a $45 penalty 22 times for unsufficient, so i was looking for an
alternative untill i settle the matter with the bank.
But i spoke to first data and I'm going to arrange a different Bank account
for them to withdraw from.

Hi Islam,
It's probably best to settle with the bank and organize things with FD. Switching to PayPal would require all of your customers to re-enter their payment information in order to switch them over to the PayPal gateway. Let us know if we can help further.
Cheers,
Dean
