Hi Matt,
Which of your accounts would you like to cancel? Eduserv File Storage or vCloud Compute PAYG?
Is there something we could help you with that you couldn't find while exploring the CheddarGetter system?

Hi,
Would like to cancel both please - wanted to play with advanced
pricing plans, but still in development so no need to have an active
account at this stage, since we're not tracking/billing customers
yet...

Hi Matt -- I've downgraded your "Eduserv File Storage" back to the developer plan. You can switch to a paid plan when you're ready.
