URL rewrite in notification emails?
Hi,
We insert a default URL in notification emails, however the link
text displayed and the underlying link are different and this
causes Thunderbird mail client to warn that the message could be
spam which looks very unprofessional.
For example our link
http://www.ourcompany.com/ourproduct ends up being converted to a link starting with http://notify.cheddargetter.com/......
Can we prevent this easily without hand crafting the HTML, any
better suggestions?

The default SMTP does that and we can't turn it off. Use your own SMTP and you can control that:
