Global Email Header and Footer
Hello,
We are having a problem with the global email header and footer. We change them from here (https://cheddargetter.com/admin/emails), save the changes and even when you click on preview, everything is normal.
However, our users are still receiving the emails with the default header and footer. Am I doing something wrong or is this a know bug? Please help.

Hi Kutay,
Have you set up BCC emails for the live put.io account? If so, could you forward one of the incorrect emails to me [email blocked]?
It appears that your Text Version and HTML Version email templates are different. Is this by design? You can switch between editing those version using the tabs on top of the edit box.
We do cache those headers and footers, but the cache is reset every time a change is saved in your template.

Hey Adam, thanks. We both did not see the html tab at all :) everything is fine now.
