Unable to downgrade even though in simulation mode and < 1000 customers
I saw that you made the following change in the 7/15 release: Free accounts are now limited to 1000 (instead of 20) customers when in gateway simulation mode.
I'm not able to downgrade my account to the free plan even though I only have 25 customers.

I'm sure it would work if you got down under 20, then downgraded, then added customers back. If you need to keep those customers, we'll fix it.

Ok, we've downgraded you to the free plan. The 1000 customers in simulation mode is a bit of a hack. CG still enforces a limit of 20... CG uses itself to bill for itself so in a sense, it doesn't know the difference between billing for itself or any other customer. You wont have a problem again assuming you don't move to a paid plan again and need to move back.
