subscriptionStatus question
Marc,
I have been reading the API request dictionary, I have a question about 1 field called subscriptionStatus
In https://cheddargetter.com/developers#request-dictionary
Name | Required | Description
subscriptionStatus | No | "activeOnly" or "canceledOnly"
1 How/who sets the state of "activeOnly" and "canceledOnly"?
2 Is this set when a Credit Card is is declined/expired?
3 Is this set by our application by canceling a customer's subscription with an API call or by using the CG GUI to cancel a customer' subscrption?
We were thinking it might be a quick check to see if a customer has paid up for the month on a recurring monthly plan.
thanks

All customers are active unless their subscription is canceled. Customers' subscriptions can be canceled by CG automatically in the event of an expired card which wasn't updated before their invoice was due or if they had too many declined payments. You may also cancel a subscription manually in the GUI or via the API.
