We have a customer who got charged but doesn't have a plan

We have a customer who got charged for a plan, and the payment is in our authorize.net system. However, this customer does not have a paid plan in our system. Our CTO told me he made you aware of this problem, but I see that the customer's account still has not been fixed. Can you at least help me so that the customer isn't more irate since it's been several days with no resolution, and we've charged their card?
