Issuing Charge/Discount

Hi CG Team,

I'm trying to issue a negative charge (as a discount), and when I submit the popup form, I get an alert window popping up saying "This form has already been submitted". This alert keeps coming back, and I have to close my browser to break free. Let me know if I can provide any more info on this.

Using: FF 3.6.6 on windows.

   Can you consistently replicate this? Is the credit ever added?

   The credit is not created. And yes, it's reproducible. Even trying to submit the empty form triggers it before validation kicks in.

   Hmm... We were unable to replicate this behavior in FF 3.6.3 on mac. We did, however, identify an obscure UI bug that seems to be unrelated. We've deployed a patch for a fix to that particular problem. Please try again with a fresh browser and let us know if you can still replicate. Also, please let us know if you can replicate in a browser other than FF.

   seems like you've hit it - works now. Also, it was working in IE.
