With this customer: https://cheddargetter.com/admin/customers/get/id/77944f12-79a4-11e1...
we have stil problems.
While trying to make a login into Paypal, he get immediately a Payment Refused message and he appears as Cancelled into CheddarGetter.
Is it depending on Paypal? Ciao, Pietro.

    Yes, this is a PayPal issue. If they want to know why the decline is occurring, they'll need to ask PayPal.
