canceledDatetime Not being set
If I create a customer on a plan, and then update their account to show that they have moved to a new plan - the old plan doesn't get the canceledDatetime set. If I then move the customer to a different pay plan - the canceledDatetime doesn't get set.
Is that a bug (since it used to get set) or am I supposed to be using the created times to determine when something got canceled?

A customer can only have one active subscription. The active subscription is always the most recent one. The canceledDatetime is only set if the subscription is canceled automatically by CG due to non-payment or an expired credit card or manually by you.
Yes but CG considers this to be a subscription change, not a cancelation and reactivation. Only the most recent subscription can ever have a canceledDatetime. If it once was set and the subscription was subsequently reactivated, the canceledDatetime goes away.
