Declined Transaction Doesn't Happen

I put in a customer with a good credit card for the inital transaction. I then updated the customer with a delayer error zipcode. The transaction was supposed to run yesterday - but it didn't. Can you run it or tell me when the transaction that is declined will run?

    It should have just transacted an hour ago.
