That's quite a vague error. Can you provide any more information? A timestamp? Which account?

It seems that we have a PayPal leap year issue. We just released a patch that adjusts for this. Unfortunately we're unable to confirm the fix with our PayPal regression tests. It's possible that PayPal's sandbox handles leap year differently than their live environment. Can you confirm that this fixes the problem for your setup?
