Missing Exchange Rate

I need this I only sell in Switzerland!!! why is it telling me missing exchange rate when I select CHF!!!

   Dear sir & madame,

   I want to cancel my cheddergetter account for now. I tried to set up
   a subscription in Swiss francs and it doesn't work.

   Please don't bill me until this issue is resolved.
