Unable to connect to PayPal

hello, we are trying to connect to Paypal and getting this error..

400: Request token mismatch for PayPal Billing Agreement gateway account ca4da912-a209-11ea-af1a-0050560134d5

Please help us resolve this.

    I think this was miscategorized as part of your update issues/move to Braintree. Is this still a separate, ongoing issue?
