can't update payment receipts email

I've tried updating the payment receipt email before and after the table, and this is the error I get:

*   Line 40: rename(/tmp/wrtmIx8Lr,/tmp/3eee557c-6627-102d-86dc-40402145ee8b^subjectPaymentReceipt^%%5B^5B9^5B933882%%string%3Asubject.php) [function.rename]: Operation not permitted

   Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The templating system can be a bit finicky with permissions. We've resolved the issue and have taken steps to avoid the problem in the future.

   Yeah, it looked like some kind of permission issue with "chmod". I'll
   try it again and let you know if I have any further problems.
