I need to make cancelation a easy process for my subscribed member. What are the steps?

Hi Wilson -- If you're using hosted pages, you can send the customer to the cancel page:

    http://support.cheddargetter.com/kb/hosted-payment-pages/hosted-pay...

You could also use the API directly in your app:

    https://cheddargetter.com/developers#cancel-subscription

And as usual, you can do this manually via the admin GUI. Just find the customer in CG, then click 'Edit Subscription' from the left menu, then click 'Cancel Subscription' at the bottom of the page.

Can you please create the link that I would need to give my subscription member if they want to cancel and is there a number which I can speak to someone.

The cancel link for the hosted cancel page is unique for each customer. You must generate it in your app in accordance with the documentation I linked to earlier.

... and is there a number which I can speak to someone.

Phone support is not available with your service level. If you'd like to explore our priority support or development consultation options, I'll have someone contact you.
