Hi Stuart -- I suspect that you'll want to use webhooks to trigger your app to add a custom charge. Or, assuming you want this to be a recurring fee, you could use a tracked item to configure a charge for delivery. In that case, you'd probably want to use a webhook to set the item quantity upon signup (or post code change in your app).
