Pricing Plan

I keep changing my pricing plan options to go with our subscriptions. For example have a 2 year subscription charge biennially but the program keeps changing it back to daily. I save the changes and it looks ok for a while then after a short period of time I check and it is back to daily... why?

    Hi Joanna -- Are you referring to 2_ YR_DIGITAL? I'd be happy to take a look for you. It could be just that the GUI isn't displaying the correct frequency, or maybe a caching issue.

    We might have a little bug there when you save a plan on the biennial frequency. When you then view the edit screen again for that plan, the daily frequency is in the dropdown. So when it's saved again, it becomes daily. I've ticketed this discussion for followup by our dev team. In the meantime, make sure the frequency is as you intend it to be when you edit a plan.

    Marc,

    We were just notified via email of our first charge for your services. As you can see, we have not done much on our account with CG. We have decided not to go any further and will close the account. I wish your customer support and response time was as punctual and timely as you charging us. I do not believe you can run a successful business without solid customer service. Yours leaves a lot to be desired. Please reverse the charges to our credit card.

    Hi Joanna -- I'm really sorry to hear this, but I'm afraid we cannot issue a refund.
    You can downgrade your account to the free Developer plan here: https://cheddargetter.com/admin/configuration/downgrade. Or alternatively cancel your account entirely here: https://cheddargetter.com/admin/configuration/cancel. We will not charge you further in either case.

    Please note your Gravity Payments merchant account will still be active and you'll need to cancel that if you do not intend on using it. They are completely separate from CG.

    Thank you for your reply. As you can see we have paid for absolutely nothing. I will close the account today. In the meantime, if the refund is not issued as requested, I will contest it on to our credit card company. I think we can come to some kind of understanding on this.
