allowable customers on the free tier(20) to the first pay
tier(1000). I doubt we will ever get to 1000 monthly customers but
certainly have more than 20. Can you add an additional pricing tier
for 300 to 500 customers at say $20-25 per month? Thank you!

Steve Ltag:support.getcheddar.com,2009-06-01:Comment/2743782009-07-27T18:46:58Z2009-07-27T18:46:58Zanother pricing tier(lower)

Steve -- Thanks for the suggestion! We thought long and hard
about our pricing structure and decided that the first price point
should be $39/mo because that's how much we think it's worth for
even the lowest level of usage.

The main factor in determining this price point was when we
considered how much development time and ongoing maintenance would
be required to write your own subscription management and billing
application from scratch, in-house. $39/mo falls significantly
under that cost.

Marc Guyer
