Paying Customer without sending invoice

Hi,

We have a customer who pays us directly each month ( not via Credit Card but via direct money transfer)
We would like to include him in our regular paying plans however not issue an invoice until making sure the money has arrived.

Can we somehow set this? include a customer in a paying plan without sending an invoice on the bill date?

    Hi Ran,

    Is the customer's payment method set to external? If the payment method is external, Cheddar doesn't send the payment receipt email even if you have that email template enabled and the customer is on a paying plan. Although you'll be able to see a preview of the payment receipt email for customers on an external method in the customer communication portion of your dashboard, the email isn't automatically sent to the customer.
