Control Bill Reminders based on Plan?
Hello,
We have both Monthly and Annual plans.
I would like Bill Reminders sent out for our Annual plans but not for our Monthly plans.
Is that possible?

Hi Andrew,
Not as of yet, but I can see how this would be a useful. You do currently have the options to create conditional email content that varies by plan type (check out the Email Notifications Knowledge Base article and email syntax reference for more info) and disable the bill reminder notifications for customer on free plans or disable bill reminders after a customer's initial bill, but disabling the bill reminders by billing frequency is something I can put on our to-do list for our next update to the email templates.

That would be great. Some of the laws have updated in California in
automatic renewing contracts. I'm not too worried about the Monthly
subscriptions. I specifically turned off Bill Reminders because customers
complained they were getting too many emails.
But, on the Annual subscription, I think the user may need to be informed
of the upcoming bill to enforce the payment and avoid a chargeback.

This is still on our to-do list, but I'll see what I can do to bump it up in our development schedule. I'll keep you updated on our progress.
