Hello

I've a client who is based in Australia and his credit card info is also for Australia.

When i added the client i got the following error message

(422:6001) The transaction was declined due to AVS mismatch

Is it because his credit card address is based in Australia.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kalpesh

That is correct but it can be fixed. Are you using authorize.net?

Change your AVS settings to accommodate non-us cards.

Can you send a screenshot of what you changed the settings to?

I see that you have that cut pretty wide open. However, this transaction is still being declined for AVS mismatch, so my next suggestion is to determine the AVS response code for the transaction that is being declined. It will be one of the letters as shown in your screenshot.
