I've got a customer out of Malaysia that has been trying to sign up for our product now for last 4 business days. The error is the same each time:

"The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder."

The address provided was taken directly from the most recent credit card statement. What is the problem?

This is likely a result of your AVS settings in the Authorize.Net merchant interface. In Authorize.Net you'll be able to find the AVS response code which caused the reject. You may then decide to accept this response code. You may refer to our configuration how-to for reference.

If I were to hazard a guess at the AVS response code for this transaction, it would be "G".
